About two and half weeks ago I wrote a post about feeling good and finding energy. Am happy to report that I have now completed the 30 Day Nutritional Program I have been doing with Your Life's Calling. Curious about the final results? While I'm not usually a big sharer of this type of information, I can't stop talking about this program which means I find myself revealling that I managed to loose 12 pounds and 11 inches. And I am excited to be doing the 30 day program again starting after the Thanksgiving feast (anyone want to join me??)!
The same benefits that I listed in my first blog post (amazing energy levels, quality sleep, losing inches and feeling better than I have in years!) still ring true but a few other things started to happen too. When I was out and about (running errands, going to meetings, etc), people would stop to tell me that I was 'glowing'! I haven't changed any skin care products but its the power of putting superfoods in your body. I also found it really easy to say no to sweets and those three o'clock or late night cravings when I wasn't genuinely hungry. Food has such emotion attached to it and is full of social connotations too that these are two big habits I was thrilled to break.
I have been asked a few of the same questions repeatedly so I wanted to share this information too:
I took information about this program to my naturopath and she was very supportive. She agreed that the foods I was eating on this program were dense in nutrition, pretty 'clean' and was happy to see many powerful ingredients that aid in overall helath.
As mentioned above, I am doing this 30 day plan again. Its the only thing I have found that has done more than just help me lose and gain the same 3 pounds over and over again! If you would like to learn more, Alana Lees of Your Life’s Calling will be hosting a Health & Wellness information session next week – you can visit the momstown Oakville Calendar for details. If you don't have a momstown program pass yet, you can contact Alana by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to find out about the information session.
