Create fun family memories by skating outdoors, tobogganing, taking a family hike or even a cross country ski. Included in the day is the play barn for the kids and a chance to visit the farm animals at the Children’s Farm.

You’re invited! Join the businesses of Downtown Oakville at the RBC Skate in the Square for a Family Day Skate! Bring your skates and enjoy fun family friendly activities and live entertainment from Chris Patterson & Charlie Kert! Your favourite funny snowman and Leo the Lion will also be on-site for photos. Their will be treats and live music too!

Family Skating Party At Bronte Heritage Park

Rink is located at the bottom of Bronte Road at Ontario Street near the gazebo. Free coffee and hot chocolate courtesy of Tim Hortons Bronte Village (while supplies last). Warm up after at one of Bronte Village's cosy cafes or restaurants.

President’s Choice SuperDogs will amaze the family with adorable acrobats, high-jumping and pole-weaving through obstacles, and even frisbee playing puppies! Q-Mack will be hosting and will showcase captivating tricks, juggling, magic, balancing acts and also on hand will be the Canadian Beatboxing Champion, J-BOX.
Tickets are $12 (kids under 12 months are free) or buy a Family Pack of tickets for $42.

Come for the ultimate family day bash! There will be music, inflatable rides, face painting, balloon art, and many more family fun surprises!

Family Day Fun Skate

Come for a free family skate and warm up your toes with a free cup of hot chocolate. All are welcome at this free community event.

There will be family competitions outside of "Snow Spoon" and "Snow Snake", come be artistic in the Snow Art Gallery*. Get warmed up with hot chocolate and movie theatre popcorn by the open fire. (*weather dependent)
Inside watch movies, play fun games in the “Heaps of Fun “or "Everything but the Kitchen Sink" exhibit and make a special framed keepsake commemorating Family Day.

Canada's largest indoor inflatable festival. Plenty of rides, 40,000 sq feet of warplane exhibits, sand art play, face painting and live shows. Festival is best suited for kids 12 and under.
