Getting a little creative with food often means coming up with great alternatives to traditional recipes that may be too high in sugar or fat. These cookies were an instant hit at home and like any cookie, you can add whatever fixings you like – raisins, nuts, white chocolate chips, etc.
1. Mash the bananas well.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
3. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
These can stick to the pan so use parchment paper or oil the pan. I didn't the first time I made them and they came off the pan okay, but could have used a bit of help.
